JOB DESCRIPTION
- To Evaluate and review the condition of the entire process and operational areas used by the company and document it in the process flow as a consideration for future improvement needs.
- To Design and plan improvement needs and integrated solutions needed by the company.
- To Ensure that business process and technology solutions can be implemented optimally for the company's business needs.
- To Ensure that business process needs as well as system and technology requirements can run optimally.
AUTHORITY
To determine the priority scale for business process improvement based on management direction
QUALIFICATIONS:
- D3 - S1 Information Systems / Informatics Engineering / Computer Systems
- Minimum 5 years working in data extraction and reporting.
- Excel and similar reporting tools, pivoting tables, statistics
