DATA CENTER STAFF - HEAD OFFICE
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
  • To Design, review, and implement all operating server, storage, and database technology in data center in optimal manner.
  • To design, review, and implement all installation and integration of networks, wireless, issues or technical problems in data center, branches.
  • As a Layer-2 for Helpdesk Support to Carry out support activities and direction to end users related to IT.
  • To design and review all arrangements for the installation of a new network in company business areas.
  • To Monitor and follow-up network and system movements that are anomalous, downloads, P2P and traffic that should not exist.
  • To carry out and follow-up regular reviews of service providers for all company's data center, DR center, and branches.
  • As a Layer-2 for Helpdesk Support to Carry out backup activities for other business stakeholders.

AUTHORITY
  • To determine server and storage utilization priorities based on department direction.
  • To determine database utilization priorities based on department direction.

QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Min S1 Computer System, Information System or Information Technology, preferably S2 Information System or Informatics Engineering or Computer Science
  2. 5 years experience in the same position. Experienced in IT Networking Technology System
  3. Problem solving, Customer Focus, Communication, Awareness, & Server & Storage
