IT INFRASTRUCTURE & SECURITY STAFF - HEAD OFFICE
JOB DESCRIPTION 
  • Acting as Layer-1 support in receiving and handling issues and requests related to IT Infrastructure, connectivity, security, applications, and information related to IT and data management submitted by company stakeholders/Users.
  • To Record and follow-up all issues and requests related to IT infrastructure, connectivity, security, applications, and information related to IT and data management into the system provided so that it can be resolved and followed up by related parties.
  • To investigate, analyze, and find permanent solutions or workarounds related to issues and initial requests (Layer-1) of Stakeholders/Users.
  • To Ensure all issues and requests that cannot be handled can be fully conveyed to the relevant Layer-2 support.
  • To collaborate with relevant Stakeholders/Users regarding process updates and solutions for handling Layer-1 issues.

AUTHORITY
  • To determine the execution priorities for implementing endpoint technology based on company's business needs.
  • To determine the optimal operational support execution priorities based on company's business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Minimum SMK Informatics, Electronics, Computer Network Engineering, D3 is preferred
  2. Minimum 2 years as Helpdesk Staff.
  3. Problem solving, customer focus, communication, awareness, operating system & endpoint technology
